These terms apply to your use of the Blue Collar Visibility website, including the free audit. Blue Collar Visibility is a brand of Global Digital Platforms, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services
The website describes what we offer. Paid work is covered by a separate agreement between your business and us, and that agreement governs if it differs from these terms.
The free audit
The audit is a snapshot of how your business shows up online and in AI assistants at the time we run it. It's provided for information only. AI assistants change their answers often and decide for themselves what they recommend, so we can't promise any particular result or ranking, from the audit or from our services.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. In particular, don't:
- submit information about a business you aren't authorized to represent;
- send false, unlawful, or harmful content through our forms;
- try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or collect data from it by automated means.
Our content
The site's text, design, logos, and graphics belong to Blue Collar Visibility. You may share links to the site. Use of our brand assets is covered by our brand guidelines; anything else needs our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites and AI assistants run by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site and the free audit are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Blue Collar Visibility won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the site or the free audit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top; using the site after that means you accept them.
